PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to appropriately conduct a medical procedure accompanied by the movement of ophthalmologic apparatus such as travelling medical examination and home medical care.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes an examination unit, an identification information reception unit, a positioning signal reception unit, a signal analysis unit, and an association processing unit. The examination unit generates examination data by optically examining an eye to be examined. The identification information reception unit receives subject identification information. The positioning signal reception unit receives a signal from the positioning system. The signal analysis unit analyzes the received signal and generates position information indicating a present position.
