<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to reproduce a processing condition very quickly by employing a storage device for storing jigs, tools, works and information as a set and a reading device for reading the information in the storage device and for supplying the information to a machine. CONSTITUTION:Storing a work 53 corresponding to a production schedule, a jig 53 necessary for a processing, and a tool 53 in a tray (storage means) at a preparatory station 140, the tray is transferred to each machining center. This information stored in a memory card 34 is kept in a tray 11. Next, mating the tray with a tray changer beside the machining center by means of a tray shuttle, the information in the memory card 34 is read by a read-writer (reading means) 42 and transferred to both a control section 53 of the machining center and a control section 58 of a gantry loader. At the same time, the tray 31 storing the jig and tool is transferred by means of a tray changer to an exchange position of the gantry loader and then preparation of the jig and tool is performed by means of the gantry loader.</p> |
