The solution deals with vaccine, which contains dissolvable antigens of cysticercus of the tape-worm insolubilized on liposomal particles with the adjuvant effect and potentiated by levisamole as immunomodulator. Its production method starts from the mixture of lecithin and cholesterol. This mixture is solved in chloroform and it evaporates under the decreased pressure. Protein antigen, levamisole in the buffered physiological solution, is added to the evaporation residue, it is mixed, stabilized and sonicated two to three times when simultaneously being cooled. After three hours of stabilization, the vaccine is prepared for use or conversation for the possible storage. The conservation can be carried out chemically e.g. by glutaraldehyde in the concentration of maximal 0.5 percent by weight or lyophilisation and freezing. The vaccine has no side effects in vivo and its hypodermic application is easy and safe. The prophylactic agent can be used with small farm animals, e.g. rabbits.
