PRODUCTION OF SINTERED PRODUCT USING SKIN RESIN MOLD

PURPOSE:To simplify the production of a sintered product by producing a skin resin mold having an inner surface coinciding with the outer surface of the sintered product to be produced by a photosetting shaping method and filling the mold with a sintering material to mold said material to sinter the molded one. CONSTITUTION:The spot of laser beam 3 is applied to the surface of the photosetting resin 2 received in a tank and the laser beam 3 is moved by a scanner 5 to solidify a part of the surface of the resin 2. This operation is repeated to laminate the resin layers. Only the contour of the cross section of one layer is irradiated to form a hollow resin image and only the part corresponding to the outside of the contour of a ceramic sintered product is irradiated on the basis of three-dimensional CAD system data to fill a mold 1 with a sintering material 9 and the sintering material is dried at predetermined temp. to hold shape retentivity. The sintering material 9 is introduced into a furnace along with the mold 1 and perfectly sintered to rapidly complete a sintered product 11.
