ABRASIVE CLOTH AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasive cloth having extremely dense surface state, excellent flatness and flexibility which cannot be achieved by conventional ultrafine fibers, and also to provide its manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: This abrasive cloth has on its surface, the ultrafine fibers having 1×10-8to 1.4×10-3dtex number-average single fiber fineness, and a more than 60% fiber fineness ratio within a range of 1×10-8to 1.4×10-3dtex number-average single fiber fineness of, and has 10-50% warp tensile strength retention in a wet state against a dry state.
