Steel racking for containers

Both narrow sides of the roller-fitted (28,29) base frame (12) have triangular side frames (14) connected by superposed crossbars (18,19) running parallel to the center axis of the base frame. The containers etc. are held by straps (20) spaced out on the crossbars. The crossbars can adjust in vertical intervals and are made up of quadrant tubes. Each strap is made of flat steel of sheet whose L-shaped short and long legs respectively adjoin the crossbar and hold the container via holding recesses. The width of the crosspieces joining these strap legs determine the inclination of the particular container. The strap is as wide as the clear width of the holding recess, less 5%, so as to prevent the container tipping sideways. The base frame is fitted with a base plate (13) to close off the racking etc.
