PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture extremely high quality improved soil uniformly mixed with sediment and soil improving materials and constant in a mixing ratio by using a mobile soil improvement machine. SOLUTION: A supply part 3 including a carrier conveyor 10, a sediment hopper 20 and a soil improving material hopper 30 and a discharge part 5 constituted of a pressing mechanism part 4 furnished with a processing tank 60 and a discharge conveyor 73 are provided on a main body frame 2 provided on a lower part traveling body 1. The supply part 3 is provided with a sediment supply quantity measuring means including a weight measuring roller and a load sensor 55 to measure its load to measure weight of sediment to be carried by a carrier belt 11 of the carrier conveyor 10. A fixed quantity supply feeder 42 is provided on a fixed quantity supply part 32 of the soil improving material hopper 30, and supply quantity is controlled by an electric motor, but a mixing ratio of sediment and a soil improving material is made constant by controlling the electric motor in accordance with a signal from the sediment supply quantity measuring means.
