SOLUTION: In a lens-barrel provided on a lens holding member 8, having a rack 11 to be meshed with a feed screw 10a, and for sending in and out the lens holding member together with the rack in the optical axis direction by rotationally driving the feed screw, the lens holding member and the rack are relatively movable in the optical axis direction, and the lens holding member moved in the optical axis direction in relation to the rack can strike a fixed member 1.
