PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe for leak tester capable of performing inspection with receiving no effect caused by the configuration and shape of an object. SOLUTION: In this probe, a shaft 17 having an inflow passage 16 is internally fit into a through hole 15 of a probe main body 11 and a cap 18 is externally fitted to the upper end of the shaft 17. A coil spring 32 for biasing the cap 18 and the shaft 17 upward is disposed in an upper large diameter opening 31 of the through hole 15 so that the shaft 17 can be moved and operated downward by pressing the cap 18. A stopper 41 is disposed on the lower end of the shaft 17 and an insertion part 44 is formed at the under side bordered the stopper 41. At the lower end of the large diameter internal fit part of the shaft 17, a large diameter part 53 having a slope 52 that expands outward as it goes downward is formed and an O-ring 54 that is externally fit to an large diameter internal fit part 51 is disposed between the large diameter part 53 and the insertion part 44.
