PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow watching the scanned position on a document sheet or a place directly before (or after) by receiving the light at a light path inclining to the direction perpendicular to the document sheet. SOLUTION: This transport cart for a food mounting rack used in a storage chamber is equipped with an elevation device moved up and down by an operating means, wherein the elevation device is furnished with an engagement part, and the food mounting rack to be accommodated in the storage chamber is engaged by the engagement part and moved up and down.
