PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve accurate separation by single operation without using both hands. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a body 1 in which engaging pawls 8 facing each other within a housing part 5 are oscillatatively separably supported and are separated individually by the operation of pressing an operating protrusion 9 and an inserting/detaching element 2 which is inserted into the housing part 5 and has engaging pawl pieces 16 being engaged with the respective engaging pawls 8. In the housing part 5, a spring member 10 which has a second twist part 10c in the course of both arm parts 10b extending through a first twist part 10a is provided to energize the engaging pawls 8 so that they approach each other by a wide-angle energizing force of both the am parts 10b with the first twist part 10a. When the engaging pawl pieces 16 come off the individual engaging pawls 8 separated against the wide-angle energizing force of both the arm pats 10b with the first twist part 10a by the operation of pressing the operating protrusion 9, both the arm parts 10b are widened in angle through the second twist part 10c to move the first twist part 10a thereby pushing the engaging pawl pieces 16 out of the housing part 5.
