PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the effect of washing the bristle material of a brush for car washer so that the car body face can be washed uniformly without scratching the car body face by improving the water holding property of the bristle material and enlarging the contact area of the bristle material to the car body face of a vehicle to be washed. SOLUTION: This bristle material comprises a core section 2 passing through the center of the bristle material and four blade sections 3 extending spacedly in the peripheral direction from the core section 2 and curving radially and peripherally. These blade sections 3 are provided with curved faces 5 curving in the same direction, and protruded faces 6 of the curved faces constitutes contact faces to the car body.
