PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill and a grill setting structure capable of improving the imposing workability of a garnish and improving a parting dimension accuracy of the grill and a bumper. SOLUTION: In the grill imposing a garnish 4 at a front face of a grill body 3, engaging parts 41, 42 are set at a back of the garnish 4, engaging square hole 37 corresponding to the engaging parts 41, 42 is set at the grill body 3, and the garnish 4 is installed by engaging the engaging parts 41, 42 with the engaging square hole 37 of the grill body 3.
