PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rearward visibility of a vehicle body by obtaining a high water-repellent effect with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In the device, an approximately rectangular shape mirror plate 7, which is mounted to the outside of the vehicle, is inclinable in the vertical and lateral directions by making a pivot center P1 as the center, and a motor 100 provided with an eccentric mass, which vibrates the mirror plate 7, is provided near a corner part of the rear of the mirror plate 7, and, to the position of which the distances from the pivot center P1 are different vertically and laterally.
