<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalytic coating on a substrate, which exhibits a remarkable stain-resistant performance for the substrate and can be produced industrially. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate is coated with a photocatalytic coating at least on one part of at least one surface, is made of glass, ceramic or vitroceramic and contains a mixture of at least partially crystalline anatase-type titanium oxide (1) and an inorganic substance having a form of amorphous or partially crystalline oxides selected from silicon oxide, titanium oxide, tin oxide, zirconium oxide and aluminum oxide, or mixed oxides (2). Therein, the component (1) is obtained through thermal decomposition of a titanium precursor selected from organo-metallic precursors and halogenated metallic precursors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
