PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously producing a white artificial zeolite having a quality comparable to a synthetic zeolite by utilizing a waste liquid containing a silicic acid component and aluminum component as an effective resources; and to provide an apparatus for continuously producing the white artificial zeolite. SOLUTION: The method comprises continuously introducing a mixture, obtained by mixing an alkaline extract of wastes containing the aluminum component and a silicic acid-enriched material or an alkali extract of wastes containing the silicic acid component and an aluminum-enriched material in a prescribed silica-alumina ratio, into a superconductive non-liquid type high magnetic force generation device, and crystallizing the mixture by exposing it to high magnetic force.
