PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct rice milling resistance by a measuring result of parameters about milling degree of milled rice after actual milling. SOLUTION: This coin rice mill is provided with a brown rice taking-in device 9 continued from a brown rice charge hopper 5, a stone remover 10, a rice milling device 11, a milled rice tank 6, and a control device. Multiple milling degree switches 49 are provided on an operation panel 8, rice milling resistance of the rice milling device is set on a rice milling resistance setting part of the control device according to the rice milling degree, and the rice milling resistance is determined based on the set value of the rice milling resistance setting part, to mill rice. A brown rice thermometer 17 is provided in a brown rice transfer route, a milled rice thermometer 36 is provided in a milled rice discharge route. The control device has a temperature difference setting part setting the temperature difference before and after milling in a correlation to the milling degree, and a correction part correcting the milling resistance. The correction part corrects the actually measured temperature difference obtained from the brown and milled rice thermometers to coincide with the set value of the temperature difference setting part corresponding to a selected milling degree switch.
