Provided is a tire tread rubber composition for winter which is improved in wet traction, the braking property on a snowy or icy road and abrasion resistance. A tire tread rubber composition comprises 20-30 parts by weight of a rubber mixture comprising a natural aciform powder and a binder based on 100 parts by weight of a rubber material. Preferably the rubber is a diene-based rubber having a glass transition temperature of -10 to 5 deg.C; the natural aciform powder is at least one selected from soybean skin, rice hulls, rice straw, bamboo and nutshell; and the binder is a resorcinol resin.
