PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a register bag or the like which enables an opening to be rapidly closed without using an adhering means such as a cellophane tape and enables the closed opening to be more easily opened as compared with the case where a protrusion piece is tied in a square knot. SOLUTION: The register bag 1 comprises a synthetic resin film and has an opening 21 which is opened upwardly. A pair of longitudinally long protrusion pieces 231, 232 are extendingly formed at opposite positions of an opening edge part 210 and longitudinally long through holes 241, 242 are respectively formed at centers in a width direction and lower parts in a longitudinal direction of the pair of the longitudinally long protrusion pieces 231, 232. One longitudinally long protrusion piece 232 passes through a through hole 241 of the other longitudinally long protrusion piece 231 to its root portion and the other longitudinally long protrusion piece 231 which is passed through passes through the through hole 242 of one longitudinally long protrusion piece 232 which passes through to its root portion, so that the register 1 is constituted to close the opening 21.
