PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step mounting structure of a motor bicycle capable of commonalizing a step stay among a plurality of models and facilitating manufacture and weight reduction of a rear frame. SOLUTION: This structure to mount a step 21L on the rear frame 12 of the motor bicycle 10 through the step stay 22L is furnished with a mounted part 28 to be mounted on the rear frame 12 and an intermediate bracket 23L having a mounting part 29 to mount the step stay 22L on it, the mounted part 28 is mounted on the rear frame 12 free to connect and disconnect and the step stay 22L is mounted on the mounting part 29 free to connect and disconnect. Favorably, a frame cover 36 is provided on the side of the rear frame 12, and a mounting part of the intermediate bracket 23L on the rear frame 12 is formed to be covered from the side by the frame cover 36.
