PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accuracy management cassette of radiotherapy apparatus and an accuracy management method for radiotherapy apparatus capable of precisely and reliably performing accuracy management when performing accuracy management of a radiotherapy apparatus by a star shot analysis method and capable of performing management works economically by using a photostimulable phosphor plate which can be repeatedly used in contrast to X-ray films. SOLUTION: The accuracy management cassette 5 includes a cassette body 51 capable of accommodating the photostimulable phosphor plates 52 and including an irradiation surface part 511 irradiated with radiation and position detecting light. Light passage holes 53a, 53b, 53c, 53d capable of adjusting an irradiation field of the emitted position detecting light and generating a latent image regression phenomenon in the photostimulable phosphor plates 52 therein by passing through or transmitting light from the outside of the cassette body 51 are provided at required positions of the irradiation surface part 511.
