<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive substrate which contains no impurity, contains carbon particles bonding strongly together, does not delaminate easily, is strongly resistant against corrosion, and offers superior long term stability. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent conductive substrate 1 includes a transparent base material 2, a transparent conductive film 3 disposed on one surface of the transparent base material, and a wiring portion 4 made of a carbon nanotube placed on the transparent conductive film 3.
