PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement display system and advertisement display method for preventing a provider for distributing content from being influenced by an increase in operation cost due to an increase in a handling amount of content.SOLUTION: The advertisement display system includes a server 10 which makes a connection to a network 2 to upload content to a website 21 of a security transaction provider on the network 2, and is operated by a system development provider, and a server 50 for advertisement distribution configured to be accessible with the server 10 and for accumulating electronic advertisements to be acquired by a server when the server 10 makes access.
