PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten processing time in substrate detection processing for detecting whether a substrate exists or not.SOLUTION: A mounting device 11 sets control conditions for controlling a substrate carrying device 14 equipped with a carrying portion 21 carrying a substrate S mounted with a component, and a sensor 23 arranged on the carrying portion 21 to detect the substrate S. A control portion 30 obtains substrate information when the substrate information carried by the carrying portion 21 exists, and sets the control conditions (for example, carrying speed or a time out period) for drive-controlling the carrying portion 21 to the sensor 23 side in substrate detection processing which detects whether a substrate exists or not on the carrying portion 21 on the basis of the substrate information. The control portion 30 drive-controls the carrying portion 21 by using the set control conditions, determines that a substrate exists on the carrying portion 21 when the sensor 23 detects the substrate S until the completion of the drive-control, and determines that a substrates does not exist on the carrying portion 21 when the sensor 23 does not detect the substrate S until the completion of the drive control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
