摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron that can implement high efficiency and enhancement of the load safety while suppressing the cost.SOLUTION: The ratio (EHg/Vh) between the vane height Vh and the end hat gap EHg satisfies the condition of 1.12≤EHg/Vh≤1.26, the input-side pole piece vane gap is set to be larger than the output-side pole piece vane gap OPpvg, and the input-side end hat vane gap IPevg is set to be larger than the output-side end hat vane gap OPevg to reduce the vane height Vh, whereby the load safety at a high efficiency can be enhanced while reducing the vane height Vh as compared with a reference magnetron 100. Therefore, there can be provided a magnetron in which high efficiency and enhancement of load safety can be implemented while suppressing the cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
