PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of a skid between an end part of a fixation belt and an elastic member.SOLUTION: A fixation device 18 according to the present invention comprises: a fixation belt 21 that rotates centering around a rotation shaft A; a pressure rotor 22 that comes into pressure-contact with the fixation belt 21 to form a fixation nip 37; a cap member 33 that is mounted to the end part of the fixation belt 21; and anelastic member 34 that is interposed between the end part of the fixation belt 21 and the cap member 33. In the elastic member 34, an irregularity shape 71 continuing in a periphery direction is provided in a face 34a in contact with the end part of the fixation belt 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
