PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep control device that allows a user to get up comfortably during REM sleep without relying on chance.SOLUTION: A sleep control device (1) comprises: a heating unit (2) constituting a portion of bedding and heating a human body; a perspiration detection unit (4) for detecting physical quantity which depends on a perspiration amount of the human body; a setting unit for accepting the setting of a getting-up scheduled time; and a control circuit (5) for controlling the heating unit (2). The control circuit (5) controls the heating unit (2) in such a manner that: the heating unit does not perform heating at a temperature higher than a first temperature inhibiting a body temperature decrease during the sleep except a predetermined period from the getting-into-bed, until the predetermined time of 90-150 minutes ago from the getting-up scheduled time set in the setting unit; and the heating unit performs heating at a second temperature higher than the first temperature from the predetermined time. The control circuit (5) adjusts the output of the heating unit (2) based on the physical quantity detected in the perspiration detection unit (4).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
