摘要 A flexible dielectric structure includes alternating polymer layers having a high density of nanoparticles and polymer layers having a low density of nanoparticles. The nanoparticles may be conductors or dielectrics, and may include metals, ceramics and carbon nanoparticles. The polymer layers may include sublayers of polymers alternating on a layer-by-layer basis between complementary properties of hydrogen bond acceptor and hydrogen bond donor.
