Provided are a wavelength conversion device, a fluorochromatic wheel comprising same, and a light emitting device. The wavelength conversion device comprises a light emitting-reflecting layer (110), the light emitting-reflecting layer (110) being prepared from a wavelength conversion material (210), aluminum oxide (220), titanium oxide (230), and an adhesive (240). Not only can heat caused by spreading of exciting light in a light emitting-reflecting layer (110) be reduced, but also density and heat dissipation of the light emitting-reflecting layer (110) can be increased, thereby enabling the wavelength conversion device to be applicable to a larger-power excitation light source.
