PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide household tissue paper which can maintain bulkiness even in a folded state.SOLUTION: This is rectangular household tissue paper 100 which is folded with a prescribed number of times. The household tissue paper has embossment EM11 arrayed and formed with a prescribed pitch in the longitudinal and lateral directions on the entire surface. The paper is folded in a manner that the apexes of the bulged-out parts PR21 of the embossment EM11 are in contact with each other. As a result, when the paper is folded, the apexes of the bulged-out parts of the embossment come in contact with each other and, no bulged-out parts of the embossment on one side enter the unembossed parts (recesses) on the other side. Thus, the bulkiness of the paper can be maintained even in a folded state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
