PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information logger device capable of storing rotation information of a top obtained by operation of a launcher performed by an operator while realizing actual rotation of the top by means of the operation of the launcher and taking out the stored information appropriately.SOLUTION: In a state in which the information logger device is mounted on a launcher 200 by using a mounting section 110, an attachment/detachment detection section 130 detects attachment of a top 300 on the launcher 200. A rotation speed of the top at a time of application of rotation force to the top 300 is detected by a rotation speed detection section 140. Rotation information of the top obtained from the detection result by the rotation speed detection section 130 is stored in a storage section 170. The rotation information stored in the storage section 170 is transmitted from a communication section 150 to an information processing device 500 appropriately.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
