The present invention relates to a load control system and an LED lamp and, more specifically, to: an LED lamp applicable to fire extinguishing facilities or dimming facilities, and having an LED module divided into at least two groups and SMPSs corresponding to the respective groups; and a load control system for controlling a load of the LED lamp. To this end, the load control system of the present invention comprises: a power consumption facility; a meter for providing, in a pulse format, power to be consumed by the power consumption facility; and a load control terminal for calculating the current power, which is the consumed power from a demand interval start time, which is a specific time, until the present on the basis of the consumed amount of power of a pulse format provided from the meter, and for calculating the predicted power, which is expected to be consumed in a demand interval section upon reaching a demand interval end time on the basis of a power variation amount per unit time. |
