The present invention relates to an apparatus for dry cleaning of a waste filler for recycling of a cooling filler used in a cooling tower and so on, which comprises: a roller-shaped rotating roll which is supported on the ground; a drum part which is supported and rotated by the rotating roll; and a conveying wing which is formed in a spiral form on the inner circumferential surface of an external housing of the drum part, wherein the conveying wing has a double spiral structure which consists of a first guide wing and a second guide wing which is installed to be spaced apart from the first guide wing by a predetermined distance in the direction of the same axis as the first guide wing. In addition, dust in the drum can be removed by adding, to the inside of the external housing, a percussion device comprising a rod which crosses the external housing in the diametral direction, and a weight having a predetermined weight which is freely movable while being inserted to the rod. Also, by adding a light emitting part, a light receiving part, a contamination measurement part, a fractionation device part (700) and a re-conveying device part (800), secondary cleaning can be selectively carried out according to the contamination level of the waste filler after primary cleaning is complete. |
