A lever switching device is provided to maximize reliability through a simple operation structure by using a locking block structure rotatably mounted on a switch fixing knob unit. A lever switching device(10) includes a switch housing(100), a switch knob unit(200), a locking control unit, and a return control unit. The switch housing includes a switch housing body(120) and a switch shaft. The switch shaft passes through the switch housing body to be rotated in an axial direction. The switch knob unit includes a first switch knob unit(210), a second switch knob unit, and a switch fixing knob unit(230). The first switch knob unit is connected to an end of the switch shaft. The second switch knob unit is rotatably positioned to one end of the switch housing body. The switch fixing knob unit is positioned between the first and second switch knob units. The locking control unit restricts relative rotation of the first and second switch knob units.
