1. A method of preparing an aluminosilicate SSZ-98 zeolite, comprising:
(a) preparing a reaction mixture containing:
(1) a source of silicon oxide;(2) a source of aluminum oxide;(3) a source of an alkali metal (M);(4) a structure directing agent (Q) selected from trimethylphenylammonium cations, cationic 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane, and combinations thereof;(5) hydroxide ions; and(6) water; and (b) subjecting the reaction mixture to crystallization condition sufficient to form crystals of the zeolite. |
