PURPOSE:To suppress vibration caused by rotation and provide high precision rotation by mounting a resilient element which presses the lower part of a shaft both radially and axially, between a floating frame bearing and a housing. CONSTITUTION:With respect to a housing 1, a shaft 2 is supported by both a fixed bearing 8 and a floating frame bearing 9, and the internal ring and the external ring of the fixed bearing 8 are fixed to the shaft 2 and the housing 1, respectively. On the other hand, the floating frame bearing 9 has the internal ring thereof fixed to the shaft 2 and a sleeve 12 is mounted at the external side of the external ring of said bearing 9. The sleeve 12 has the inclination face formed at the same angle as the housing 1 has the inclination face of the opposing part formed. A resilient member 11 having a triangle profile in cross-sectional view is placed between the spacing between said inclination faces. By pressing the shaft 2 radially and axially, the radial and axial vibration caused by rotation may be suppressed, whereby enabling high precision rotation of the shaft.
