The device has a universal serial bus (USB)key (1) with two hard disks (18, 19), where one of the disks (19) is free of utilization, and another hard disk (18) is secured and contains an active autorun (2). The active autorun has two parts, where one of the parts is common to a set of keys (21), and another part is unique and different to each key of the set of keys (21). A computing administration system (4) analyses the autorun for identifying a holder of the key using a unique identifying number of the autorun.
