<p>PURPOSE:To automatize definning work by providing a rotary roller table in the middle of a roller conveyor and by centering a work by way of providing a scroll chuck lifting up and down and rotating in the central part of the rotary roller table. CONSTITUTION:In the case of carrying out definning work of a casting (hollow cylindrical work W) taken out of a mold, the work W is kept lower than the upper surface of a small roller 21 in the state where a clamp claw 33 is raised along a guide 6 at first. In this state, the work W is conveyed by a roller conveyor 1 and transferred onto the small roller 21 of a rotary roller table 2. Thereafter, a scroll chuck 3 is raised by a lift cylinder 4, and after the clamp claw 33 is tilted by gravity in the horizontal position, the top end of the clamp claw 33 is made to collide with the inwall of the work W by opening a claw 31 outside, and the work W is fixed in the centering state. In this state, casting fins are removed by a definning tool 71 held on a robot arm 7.</p> |
