<p>PURPOSE: To automatically cut woven fabric while avoiding damage of the woven fabric by cutting only a woven fabric sheet in a cloth web of a multiplayer construction, in which a base layer and the woven fabric sheet are releasably laminated via a holding member, by a cutter to a desired pattern form and then releasing the woven fabric sheet from the base layer. CONSTITUTION: On an elongate base layer 30 made of a heavy paper material, an elongate woven fabric sheet 32 made of a cotton texture are coordinated so that a first surface 45 of the base layer 30 and a second surface 40 of the woven fabric sheet 32 are faced to each other, are laminated and further are releasably lamination-fixed via an adhesive layer 36 or the holding member such as a hook-shaped member and a projection to form the cloth web 11 of the multiplayer construction between both surface 45, 40. Then, after the cloth web 11 of the multiplayer construction is subjected to the cutter in which a cutting tool is driven by computer control to cut only the woven fabric sheet 32 in the cloth web 11 according to the desired pattern form, the cut woven fabric sheet 32 is released from the base layer 30 to obtain the woven fabric sheet 32 of the desired pattern.</p> |
