PURPOSE:To provide a production managing system for unit house which can reduce the stock of inside products between a main line and an inside product supply line. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with a main line managing part 11 for collecting final products to be next produced in respective main lines just for plural units corresponding to the number of times of counting based on count contents and the unit production order data of respective main lines stored inside when a complete signal showing the completion of assembly to final products sent from the respective main lines is counted several times set in advance and outputting these collected data as parts working plan data to the inside product supply lines, and inside product supply line managing part 12 for outputting the producing instruction of parts required for producing the inside products to a parts working process based on these parts working plan data and outputting the assembling instruction of inside products just for one house to an assembly process based on the complete signal. |
