PURPOSE:To achieve a discarding of filth thrown into a filth container together with a garbage bag by a method wherein a container housing a number of sheets of garbage bags put together being made cuttable with a perforation or the like is provided at the lower part of the filth container and the garbage bags are pulled out sequentially through a hole provided almost at the center of the filth container free to load or unload so that it can be mounted into the filth container. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical container 10 is provided having a hole 12 almost at the center of a bottom plate 11 and a container 20 housing garbage bags is provided so as to be put together with the lower part of the cylindrical container 10 free to load or unload. A number of sheets of garbage bags put together being made cuttable with a perforation or the like are housed in the garbage bag housing container 20. The garbage bags are pulled out sequentially to the cylindrical container 10 through a hole 12 of the cylindrical container 10. |
