An LED backlight module is provided to control light, directly emitted from LED chips, to be emitted in a specific direction, thereby ensuring color mixing efficiency and uniformity of color distribution. At least one optical device(13) is disposed in a lower part of a light diffusion plate, and has a first reflection surface(131). The first reflection surface forms a geometric horizontal section so as to reflect light, emitted from an LED(Light Emitting Diode)(15), in a specific direction. At least one LED is disposed in each lower part of at least one optical device, and emits light to the first reflection surface where the first reflection is performed. A second reflection surface receives the light firstly-reflected in the specific direction from the first reflection surfaces of at least one optical device, and performs second reflection to the optical diffusion plate. The second reflection surface is in a lower part of at least one LED. |
