PURPOSE:To prevent an error caused between the total working hours of a day and the actual working hours by calculating rationally with proportional division the working hours required for each job even through the jobs to be processed by a working hour recorder have a coalition working form where plural jobs are carried out in duplication with each other or a special single working form where a single job is carried out in duplication with other jobs at and after a some time point. CONSTITUTION:The working form selected by a switch operation is identical with a coalition form a special single form where a single job is carried out in duplication with other jobs at and after a some time point. Under such conditions, the value obtained by dividing the working hours by the number of duplicate jobs is defined as the working hours in regard to a time bend when plural jobs duplicate with each other and in the time bands covering the start to the end of jobs. If a time band when a single job is carried out alone is included in those time bands, the working hours of the time band is added to the working hours of the job. So that the working hours of each job are calculated.
