PURPOSE:To make it possible to prevent exfoliation of a moistureproof protective film in the vicinity of a part for connection of a lead wire and also to suppress breakdown of a piezoelectric element to the utmost. CONSTITUTION:In a piezoelectric actuator which displaces a moving body by utilizing an impact force generated by a change in the shape of a piezoelectric element, lead wires 8 for supplying a drive power to the piezoelectric element 3 and a member which fixes parts of the lead wires 8 connected and fixed to the piezoelectric element 3 to the piezoelectric element 3 mechanically are provided. According to this constitution, exfoliation of a moistureproof protective film covering the parts of connection of the piezoelectric element and the lead wires can be prevented. |
