PURPOSE:To prepare a cosmetic effective for improving the state of corneal layer of the skin, giving moisture to the skin by its sufficiently high moisture- retention, capable of ameliorating or preventing chapped skin, giving fair skin and exhibiting skin-beautifying effect. CONSTITUTION:This cosmetic contains Aeginetia indica (a plant of the family Orobanchaceae) and/or its extract as an active component in an amount of preferably 0.001-10wt.% based on total cosmetic in terms of dried material. |
