PURPOSE: To provide the fixing structure of an electric connection box in which the box can be fixed without using a tool and the restrictions in the degree of freedoms of a circuit structure in the box and the number of placed components are small. CONSTITUTION: Locking means 50 for coupling the side of the housing of an electric connection box 12 to the sidewall of a case 10 is provided. Tubular or solid columnar retainers 40A, 40B protrude from the side of an upper cover 11 for closing the upper opening 10a of the case. Clamping means 50 for pressing the cover to the case is provided. The end face 41 of the retainer presses the upper surface of the box.
