PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent residual liquid from attaching to excess parts in cleaning of pipe. SOLUTION: The circumference of a part protruded from a cabinet 22 of a discharge pipe 18 is covered with a cover 23 and an opened plate 24 of an inserting hole 25 to which the top of a discharge piping 1 is inserted is attached to the front. A draining groove 70 is formed from the lower face of port edge of the inserting hole 25 in the surface of the plate 24 to the lower edge of the plate 24. A through hole 71 is opened in a holder 63 for stopping the rotation of pouring nozzle formed on the lower side of a cover 23. The residual liquid discharged from the top of the discharge pipe 18 after cleaning is directly made to flow down along the draining groove 70 and dropped through a through hole 71 of the holder 63 into a pan 72. Thereby, the residual liquid is prevented from flowing while spreading to wide range on the surface of the plate 24.
