A real-time remote monitoring system is provided to raise a security level by monitoring both customers and a service provider at the same time using a stable network atmosphere. A real-time remote monitoring system includes a sensing unit(100), a controller(200), a main server(300), and a management center(400). The sensing unit generates a sensor signal by using the information received from a sensor region. The controller transmits the sensor signal to a remote place in real-time through a communication network and controls the sensor signal to set or release a monitoring mode. The main server receives and stores the sensor signals from the controller. The management center determines an abnormal state by using the sensor signal and initiates a security process, when the information in the sensor signal corresponds to an emergency situation. |
