PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a sure attachment of a bag to a bag support device by opening the opening of the bag in a state being stuck to the sticking surface of a sticking tape provided on an elevating suction member toward one surface side of a bag removed from a stocker, and permitting the bag to be placed on a bag support device in this condition. SOLUTION: A bag is removed from a bag stocker 1 by means of a first suction member 2 provided elevatingly on a machine main body (a) and a second suction device 3 that elevates/lowers in accordance with the suction member 2 to be moved up to a bag support device 4. At this time, the second suction member 3 is rotated toward the bag B, the sticking face of a sticking tape at the outer surface side of a guide roll set on the member 3 is stuck to the rear surface side of the bag B, in the next place, an opening of the bag B is opened through reverse rotation from the state. After that, both suction members 2, 3 are abutted against a second shaft cylinder by lifting a first shaft cylinder 2 supporting the support table of the first suction member 2, and then they are moved upward together, thus permitting an opening of the bag B to be fitted in the expansion frame 43 and front and rear guides of the bag support device 4.
