PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To run a vehicle temporalily by releasing a parking brake quickly, even if one of first/second air circuits for service brake is collapsed. SOLUTION: First-fourth protection valves 11-14 are connected in a line to the supply pipe route 17 from a compressed air source 16 and these valves 11-14 are connected to first/second air circuits for service brake 31, 32, air circuit for parking brake 33 and air circuit for auxiliary machine 34. Respective valves 11-14 are opened when the supply pipe route 17 are risen to a prescribed pressure and closed when the pressure of respective circuits 31-34 is dropped to a prescribed pressure smaller than the prescribed pressure. A first check valve 41a is provided in the first bypass pipe route 41 for bypassing a third protection valve 13 and this valve 41a allows the flow of the compressed air from the air circuit for the parking brake 33 to the supply pipe route 17 and obstructs its reverse flow.
